  1. Wonder Trek already connected to a TV and a power source
  2. A smartphone to take photos and/or video

The following questions may solve your problem or help determine if a replacement is necessary. New questions will be revealed as you answer. If a warranty replacement seems necessary, a form will appear to upload proof of purchase, contact info and a short video in some cases.

Make sure to hit the "Submit" after you are done! We will evaluate your submission ASAP and follow up by email. If a warranty replacement is necessary, we can usually have one to you within a week!
